At MadhuKamal Motion Pictures, we invest significant time, expertise and creative resources into every project. Due to the customised and resource-intensive nature of our services, all payments made to MadhuKamal Motion Pictures are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. All payments, including advance payments, deposits, booking amounts, project fees, milestone payments and full payments, are final and non-refundable once received.
If a client cancels, postpones or otherwise discontinues a project after making payment, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of whether work has commenced.
Payments are considered final once received and may be allocated toward creative planning, scheduling, production resources, personnel, equipment, third-party services and other project-related commitments. Cancellation before the commencement of work does not create any entitlement to a refund.
Changes in project requirements, delays, rescheduling, client unavailability, changes in personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with creative direction, failure to provide required materials or approvals, or any other client-related circumstances do not qualify for a refund.
Once digital content such as edited videos, photographs, graphics, scripts or other creative assets has been delivered, no refund will be issued. The same no-refund policy applies even if the client has not yet downloaded, reviewed or used the delivered material.
Expenses incurred or committed for equipment rental, travel, studio bookings, artists, licences, locations, vendors or other third-party services are non-refundable. Such expenses may be incurred or committed as part of project preparation and are not refundable to the client.
Clients are requested to contact MadhuKamal Motion Pictures directly regarding any payment-related concern before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Initiating a dispute does not alter the terms of this Refund Policy.
All payments made to MadhuKamal Motion Pictures are final and strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. By making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
