At MadhuKamal Motion Pictures, we invest significant time, expertise and creative resources into every project. Due to the customised nature of our services, refunds are governed by the following policy.
Advance payments made to confirm a booking or commence a project are generally non-refundable. These payments secure production schedules, creative planning and resource allocation.
If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, any payments already made will not be refunded. Charges for work completed up to the cancellation date will remain payable.
Once digital content such as edited videos, photographs, graphics, scripts or other creative assets has been delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued.
Expenses incurred for equipment rental, travel, studio bookings, artists, licences or any third-party services are non-refundable once confirmed.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking procedures.
