At MadhuKamal Motion Pictures, every production involves scheduling personnel, equipment and creative resources. The following cancellation policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our team.
Clients may request cancellation before project commencement. Any advance payment already made may be retained to cover consultation, planning and administrative costs.
Once filming, editing, scripting, photography, design or any agreed production work has started, cancellation charges will apply based on the work completed.
Project timelines may be extended due to delayed approvals, missing content or postponed schedules from the client. Such delays do not constitute cancellation by MadhuKamal Motion Pictures.
Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule production dates. However, availability of crew, locations and equipment cannot be guaranteed.
If we are unable to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either:
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or cancellations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances.
